I remember when I first met Alan. He was such a “cool” dude, and such the “man”! I think he was 22! He was so laid back and funny!
Many times we sat at Midge’s table or on her porch drinking coffee contemplating lives mysteries and clowning around in general!
I know his passing leaves a huge whole for your family. I pray God’s grace and comfort for you now and in times to come!

This is one of the loneliest day of my life, there are no words to describe just how much I will miss you dad , I know now that
Heaven needed an angel and god sent for you, You are gone from me forever, Now what am I to do, I miss you now like never before, But I have to let you go, I will never forget you and this I need you to know, My heart breaks of sadness for the one that I adore, Your father in heaven has sent for you because he needs you more, Goodbye until we meet again, in my heart you’ll always be, For always you will remain my sweetest memory.
I love you daddy ❤

Mike wanted to send his deepest sympathy for AL. He wished he could make it to the wake, but had to work this evening. We are sending our prayers for all of Al’s family. Mike has such fond memories of Al from the old neighborhood and what a great guy he was. I just remember the few times I met him, he was a quiet, gentle person and very respectful around me. And I remember he had the long hair popular in the seventies and a really great smile. We know he will have his special place in heaven.
In our thoughts Penny (Reed) and Mike McKinney
