Dana A. “Doc” Chizmarik was born November 29, 1957 in Cleveland, Ohio and passed away peacefully with his family at his side on Monday, August 18, 2014. Doc was a US Marine Corps Veteran.
He is survived by his loving wife Debra Wilkinson; children Vincent “Jr.” Torres, Karen Chizmarik, Charmaine Harper, Steven Chizmarik and Leighanna Chizmarik; 7 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; his father Steve and step-mother Pat; siblings Cindy Homolka, Steve Chizmarik, Kim Wilkinson, Frank Kerkel and Scott Chizmarik.
A funeral service will be held 6PM Saturday, August 23rd at Bodnar-Mahoney Funeral Home 3929 Lorain Ave. Cleveland where the family will receive friends 3-6PM.

I believe I have the correct Chizmarik…if so, I attended boot camp at MCRD Paris Island, SC Plt 237 2nd Recruit Training Battion with this Marine…lost total contact with so many brothers from this time. Semper Fi Marine RIP…
